Meet our Leadership Team

David Myers

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of AutoRestore®, David is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company, its future growth and exceeding customer expectations. He has over 20 years of senior executive and board member experience at both regional and international levels. In this time, he has successfully led teams focused on turnaround, growth and digital transformation across multiple sectors at companies including IBM, Dell, Tyco, Aggreko and Wolseley.

Mark Alexander

Head of Business

Mark joined AutoRestore® in April 2019 and is responsible for all Operations within the business, leading by example and delivering successfully on strategy to ensure sustainable future growth, whilst ensuring his teams deliver outstanding customer service. He has over 19 years’ experience within mobile operations and the vehicle industry and has led multiple functions and teams in vehicle repair businesses.

Matt Mardell

Head of Operations

Matt has over 20 years’ experience in the accident repair industry and joined AutoRestore® in October 2003 as a Repair Technician. He has since progressed into multiple senior roles within the business, including Technical and Training positions. Matt is now responsible for heading up all the departments in Central Operations and ensures the business operates efficiently and effectively, whilst delivering a quality service to our customers.

Geoff Allison

Garage & Mobile Services Director

Geoff has over 30 years’ experience in the Automotive sector, including Operations Director roles at Circatex and Upright Powered Access. In his role at AutoRestore®, he leads our Mobile Services teams and is responsible for the service delivery and excellent standards of our fleet of over 130 mobile technicians.

Jo Eldridge

Head of Sales & Service Centre

Jo has been a key member of the AutoRestore® team since August 2005 and is responsible for leading our Sales & Service Centre operation. With over 15 years’ experience in contact centre management, customer delivery, and designing new business processes, her particular focus is ensuring we deliver an exceptional service to our customers.

Dylan McHale

Sales Manager

Dylan has over 33 years’ experience in automotive repairs, from Technician, Team Leader, Engineering to Area Management and Sales. In his role at AutoRestore®, he is responsible for developing new and existing relationships with our insurer, claims management, and retail partners to ensure all our customers receive the best possible third-party experience when arranging their repairs with us.
